In this intro to Krav Maga session we will go over:​

Krav Maga fundamentals, Situational Awareness, De-escalation, Combat and Defense techniques

We are passionate about individual and community empowerment through the practice of Krav Maga.

Previous experience is not required, beginners friendly!
