In the open house you would be able to:

• Learn more about our July Women Workshop

• Learn more about the Fall Session Schedule for Women

• Practice some basic Krav Maga skills

• Deterrence and de-escalation techniques

• Effective response to threats or violence

• Development of self-discipline and confidence

We are passionate about individual and community empowerment through the practice of Krav Maga.
